To make your serviceability and pad-swapping experience as easy and accessible as it can be, we’ve integrated the magnetic ear pad system from our 2nd Generation LIRIC into Meze Audio POET as well.

[MZ6] PARUS DIAPHRAGM
A biaxially oriented, semi-crystalline polymer film with a remarkably low weight of 0.06 g and an expansive active area of 3507 mm².

 

[MZ6] HYBRID MAGNET ARRAY
Symmetrically placed on either side of the diaphragm, our neodymium magnets are arranged into a Hybrid Array to create a 0.3 Tesla Isodynamic magnetic field required for a uniform activation across the whole diaphragm surface.

ADVANTAGES OF A DUAL-DRIVEN VOICE COIL SYSTEM

The Isodynamic Hybrid Array optimizes sound intensity distribution, particularly at frequencies above 10 kHz, leading to significantly enhanced spatial imaging and precise localization within the reproduced sound field.

SWITCHBACK COIL
Positioned in the upper section of the driver, the switchback coil is optimized for the efficient reproduction of lower frequencies, delivering a robust bass response.

SPIRAL COIL
The spiral coil, placed directly over the ear canal, excels at reproducing mid-to-high frequencies. This positioning enables direct transmission of sound waves into the ear, minimizing time delays and enhancing clarity.
