2 interchangeable grill plates

Electric Grill Plate – This powerful grill plate with independent power supply for high direct heat over the entire area includes the juice and achieves authentic charcoal grill results. Enjoy spicy, tasty dishes with deep grill strips. Perfect for sizzling steaks or pork chops, juicy sausages, marinated chicken breast, tuna steaks, halloumi skewers, vegetarian kebab, grilled corn cobs and even frozen food. Prepare your food with the lid open or closed.

Plancha – Prepare dishes that are not possible with grills. Quickly sauté and sauté delicate ingredients – perfect for tender vegetables, such as asparagus and thin slices of meat and fish, e.g. B. Sirloin steaks, scallops, shrimp and sea bass. The smooth plancha grill plate can be placed on the electric grill plate and thus uses its strong heat. From now on, frying with an open lid is also possible – perfect for airy pancakes with crispy bacon, perfect breakfast eggs, homemade burgers, fajitas, Asian pan dishes, teppanyaki and more.

Everything in control with the integrated Smart Cook system

How do you like your steak? From “Rare” (bloody) to “well done” – just choose your desired cooking level and leave the work to the Ninja Smart Cook system!

The high-precision digital roasting thermometer continuously monitors the temperature of your food during cooking. Prepare meat and fish safely and reliably according to your taste.

Simply select a cooking function and a food type from the practical preset options. Then you only have to set the cooking stage from “Rare” (bloody) to “Well done” and use the digital roast thermometer. Once the grill gives an acoustic signal, you can take your food out of the device and let it rest – the digital timer shows when your meal is ready to serve.

Everything under control. You no longer have to worry about whether your food is too short or too long on the grill. Also a cut to control the right cooking level is no longer necessary. Acoustic signals inform you as soon as you can take your meal out of the device to let it rest before serving.

If it is not in use, you can neatly store your roast thermometer in a practical magnetic compartment in the base unit of the grill.

Grilling without turning

With the help of Cyclonic Air technology, the ingredients are heated evenly and quickly with the lid closed with up to 260 °C hot air. Turning is not required. Enjoy authentic charcoal flavor without long wait without having to turn the meat.

The hot airflow inside the device is ideal for melting cheese and roasting toppings.

Turn frozen food into delicious grilled dishes, for which no thawing is required.

Low smoke development

More taste, less smoke. A removable, dishwasher-safe splash guard provides a clean heating element and works together with a temperature-controlled grill plate and a cold air zone to keep smoke development under control.
